Company Security Policy

Naigai Nitto Singapore Pte Ltd  is committed to protecting the company's employees, properties, information, and reputation from potential threats in the supply chain. This policy is guided by the company's basic core values, code of conduct, business ethics and security standards, and it fashions the way we operate throughout the supply chain.

All security activities must adhere to the general principles laid down below:

  • All employees and contractors must always be aware of and take responsibility for the security aspects of the company's business activities;
  • Threats analysis and risk evaluations should be conducted on a regular basis;
  • Security procedures and guidelines should be seamlessly integrated with business activities;
  • "Incident prevention" must be the first priority;
  • Security measures and procedures must be subject to regular inspections, validations;
  • Appropriate training plans, customer screening, recruitment, contracting and termination procedures must be established and implemented;
  • All incidents, including security breaches and irregularities must be reported and recorded. Corrective action should be taken and followed up through regular verifications to improve the overall security standard.

This policy has been approved by our Managing Director. It will be reviewed, if necessary revised, annually to keep up to date and will be released on our website. We welcome interested parties' comments on the enforcement of the policy and the policy itself.



Trade Compliance Policy

Naigai Nitto Singapore Pte Ltd  is committed to complying with all applicable export, import, and trade compliance laws in all countries in which we do business. This policy also reflects our commitment to compliance to the terms, conditions and regulations set forth by Singapore Custom's ZGS scheme.

All our trading activities must adhere to the general principles laid down below:

  • All imports/exports are to be accurately declared and applicable under the laws of Singapore.
  • Export Compliance-Shipping documentation shall accurately describe item(s) being shipped as well as applicable export classification with the applicable permits in place.
  • Import Compliance-All Customs entries shall accurately state all required information, including the importer of record's name and address, importer number, quantity, value, classification, duty preference eligibility, and country of origin for the imported items.
  • We shall strive for integrity and honesty in all customs declarations.
  • We shall maintain a proper warehouse management system.
  • We shall maintain full import and export transaction documents for compliance audits.
  • We shall conduct a periodic stock count of ZGS goods and maintain documentary records.
  • We shall maintain all records and documentation for the movement of ZGS goods.
  • We shall endeavour to give our full cooperation to all authorities and government agencies.
